Elastic Theatre was recently announced at the 2012 Winner of the FRINGE REPORT AWARD for BEST THEATRE COMPANY. We are truly delighted about this recognition and want to thank all our collaborators and supporters that have contributed to the development of our work.

International Workshop in Stuttgart (March 2012): Jacek Ludwig Scarso has been invited to open the RESEO (European Network in Opera and Dance Education) with a workshop on World Music Theatre on Thursday 1st March at the Staatstheater in Stuttgart (Germany). JULIUS launch in Paris (Feb 2012): Elastic Theatre was invited by the Bilingual Acting Workshop to launch the making of their new production JULIUS at the Pave D’Orsay in Paris on Friday 10th February. For details, click here.

Elastic Theatre’s first multi-media production  JULIUS  has recently been awarded funding by Jerwood Charitable Foundation. Spring 2012 will see the initial development of the work, in the creation of an original immersive film experience to be showcased in the Summer.

New York Workshop (Sep 2011): funded by London Metropolitan University, Jacek Ludwig Scarso recently delivered a workshop in Collaborative Music Theatre  for The Living Theater in New York. Jacek was joined by legendary founder Judith Malina at the prestigious Players Club in Manhattan.

Baroque Box Inspiration Video was recently screened at The Living Room in London’s West End for a high profile charity event on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day (Oct 2011).
